The summer months can be tricky keeping cool in a nation not used to the heat! It’s common for people to want to keep their windows open during the day for a cooler bedroom at night. Fly screen windows keep insects out, and let breezes in.
Whilst white or brown are offered as standard colours, we can also powder coat frames to any requested colour, helping the fly screens blend in with the existing window and look part of the furniture.
Many bedroom windows are what’s known as a ‘sash’ window design. The fitting of the bristle strip still allows access to the existing window, meaning it can be opened and shut whilst still creating a seal from flying insects.
